Tofu is an important source of protein for many vegetarians and vegans. It may help lower “bad” LDL cholesterol. It may offer relief for certain symptoms of menopause.

Drain off the excess water, and enjoy it raw or cook in your favorite recipe like an Asian Stir Fry with Pak choy and Mushrooms, Spinach and Tofu curry just like you would make Palak Paneer (Spinach & Cottage Cheese curry). You can also marinate it with GreenTokri’s Basil Pesto and use it on a salad!
