Spicy and mildly sweet. Mustard may be kept outside the fridge at all times. It practically does not go bad ever… It may just change colour from yellow to brownish especially where it is exposed to air. If you see a fluid in the bottom of your bottle of mustard, just mix it in again, it is the vinegar which extracts the colour of the mustard seeds. Best Before 12 months from packaging. But as I said… You can keep it for 5 years… If it gets dry, add some of the evaporated water back in again.
