Stir fry in butter or olive oil with thyme salt, lemon and some garlic, add some corn flour and milk, thicken it a few minutes and serve hot on fresh toast. Shelf life: 5 days if kept at max. 6 °C.

Nutritional Values
In a 100-gram serving, raw mushrooms provide 93 kilo joules (22 kilo calories) of food energy and are an excellent source (> 19% of the Daily Value, DV) of the B vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, and Pantothenic acid. Fresh mushrooms are also a good source (10–19% DV) of the dietary mineral phosphorus. While fresh mushrooms only contains 0.2 micro grams (8 IU) of vitamin D as ergo calciferol (vitamin D2), the ergo calciferol content increases substantially after exposure to UV light.
