Step 1: Cut the avocado, peel and slice it, slice the cucumber and onion. Cut the capsicum into small pieces. cut the lettuce into bite sized pieces.
Step 2: In a salad bowl, add the lettuce leaves,(rucola optional) the onion and cucumber slices, the capsicum pieces, avocado and the olives. Add the garlic dressing and salt and pepper to taste, toss well.
