Step 1: Cut the avocados and scoop out the flesh. Put the avocado flesh in a blender or food processor and blend it to a fine paste.
Step 2: Take a medium salad bowl and empty the mayonnaise bottle in the bowl. Add the avocado paste, the mustard and the lime juice to the bowl. Mix it well to make a smooth mayonnaise paste.
Step 3: Keep the avocado mayonnaise chilled and serve as a dip or as a spread for breads.
