STARTING GUIDE
INGREDIENTS
200 grams onion chopped
3-4 green chillies chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mango powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (roasted and grinded)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Heat olive oil on a medium flame, add moong sprout plus salt and cook for 10-15 minutes till they are bit tender and then add onion, tomatoes, green chillies and cucumber and mix well.
Step 2: Add pepper, mango powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and lemon juice.
Step 3: Garnish with parsley and roasted seeds or roasted sunflower seeds. Serve cold or lightly warm.
